I am so grateful for this three day weekend, because we have lots on the agenda. 
Tonight…
we are going to see Phantom of the Opera! Yay! We have seen it before, and love it. Our church staff is going together, and it will be fun to have this memory together.
Tomorrow…
We are picking up cookie dough. Lots of cookie dough! Caleb sold more than 50 tubs for his baseball league attempting to win a wii. He didn’t get the wii, but we got lots of dough. We will spend the morning distributing it to.lots.of.people!
We are going to a barbecue birthday party for a friend of Hannah’s. I am excited to nurture this little friendship that is blooming…this little gal is a sweetheart.
Sunday
We will worship together at church. No meetings, no premarital counseling. So hopefully we will catch our breath, relax, and take a Sunday nap.
Monday
We will putter around the house in the morning (I am hoping for a little sleeping in!), then head on over to another friend’s home to celebrate her completion of nursing school. This is quite an accomplishment and we are looking forward to the fiesta.
Then…we will be hosting a barbecue at our place for our young marrieds’ group. I am looking forward to hanging out and catching up with them. Now that school is done, we will be seeing some that haven’t been able to attend in several months.
Please note: we are barbecuing (verb!), not having barbecue (a noun).
